Digital Transformation at Lega Pro
After webinars and consultancy dedicated to clubs, the “Football Innovation Foresight Program”, born from the partnership between Lega Pro and N3XT Sports, produced an exclusive report created in collaboration with the George Washington University Master of Sports Management. The report, shared with all C clubs, analyzed the value that digital transformation brings to organizations, focusing in particular on how digital strategies – and in particular data – can drive new business opportunities.
The result of the research highlights how change management is a key factor to facilitate the implementation of a digital strategy. The creation of a centralized digital hub by Lega Pro could reduce the burden on C clubs to invest in specific skills and give them access to training opportunities, digital solutions and services, as well as a central knowledge base for the sport business.
