In this report, entitled ‘Enabling Women’s Football to Disrupt the Industry’, we hope to reveal that through diligent strategic planning & excellence in delivery and execution, we can propel women’s football forward.
We analyzed key success stories from women’s football, highlighting different aspects and benefits of a proper strategy and organizational structure in place, spanning from the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup viewership breaking records through to the breaking attendance figure of 60,739 people at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium. We also sat down with a diverse group of people from across different Women’s Football organizations to learn from their experiences.
